目的:探讨 HE染色细胞核灰染的处理方法,提高 HE染色质量。方法收集10例 HE染色发灰的胃粘膜、肠息肉和子宫内膜等不同类型的组织,重新切片,通过调整苏木素染色条件以及染色前对组织进行修复处理,设对照组,比较各种处理方法的染色效果。结果通过延长时间、水浴加热和微波加热等调整苏木素染色条件的方法以及水煮修复处理法能够不同程度地促进核染色,但灰染现象未能彻底解决。PBS、EDTA、柠檬酸分别采用高压和微波修复处理均能较好地改善 HE染色细胞核灰染现象,以PBS微波处理法效果最佳。结论 PBS微波处理法是 HE 染色细胞核灰染现象的一种有效处理方法。

목적:탐토 HE염색세포핵회염적처리방법,제고 HE염색질량。방법수집10례 HE염색발회적위점막、장식육화자궁내막등불동류형적조직,중신절편,통과조정소목소염색조건이급염색전대조직진행수복처리,설대조조,비교각충처리방법적염색효과。결과통과연장시간、수욕가열화미파가열등조정소목소염색조건적방법이급수자수복처리법능구불동정도지촉진핵염색,단회염현상미능철저해결。PBS、EDTA、저몽산분별채용고압화미파수복처리균능교호지개선 HE염색세포핵회염현상,이PBS미파처리법효과최가。결론 PBS미파처리법시 HE 염색세포핵회염현상적일충유효처리방법。
Obj ective To investigate the processing methods and improves the quality of gray nuclei by HE staining.Methods We collected 10 cases of gray nuclei by HE staining from gastric mucosa,intesti-nal polyps and endometrium.All of them were re-sliced.We adj usted the staining conditions of hematoxy-lin,repaired the tissues before staining,set control groups and compared the staining results of the pro-cessing methods'.Results By adj usting the staining conditions of hematoxylin,such as extension of time, and heating by water bath or microwave,we improved nuclear staining in different degrees.But the phe-nomenon was not completely resolved.The processing method of boiling had the same result.By repairing the tissues with PBS,EDTA and citric acid solution,and heating by a pressure cooker and microwave,we had better improvement.Particularly,the result of using PBS and heating by microwave was best.Conclu-sion The processing method of using PBS and heating by microwave can effectively resolve the phenome-non of gray nuclei by HE staining.
