目的:探讨在恶性胸腔积液中肺腺癌细胞中 EGFR、VEGF、P53表达的状态和关系及对临床治疗的分子生物学意义。方法利用液基薄层细胞学自动涂片技术方法和免疫化学方法筛查出恶性胸腔积液中肺腺癌77例和良性胸水10例,在用免疫细胞化学染色检测 EGFR、VEGF、P53的表达情况。结果免疫细胞化学染色显示 EGFR 在肿瘤细胞中阳性表达55例,表达率为71.4%;VEGF和 P53在恶性肿瘤细胞中阳性表达分别为57和31例,表达率分别为74%和40.3%,EGFR与 VEGF表达具有相关性(r=0.609;P=0.000)。结论 EGFR、VEGF和 P53在恶性胸腔积液的肺腺癌细胞中具有较高的表达率,且表达具有紧密联系,并可以对临床治疗有一定参考性。
目的:探討在噁性胸腔積液中肺腺癌細胞中 EGFR、VEGF、P53錶達的狀態和關繫及對臨床治療的分子生物學意義。方法利用液基薄層細胞學自動塗片技術方法和免疫化學方法篩查齣噁性胸腔積液中肺腺癌77例和良性胸水10例,在用免疫細胞化學染色檢測 EGFR、VEGF、P53的錶達情況。結果免疫細胞化學染色顯示 EGFR 在腫瘤細胞中暘性錶達55例,錶達率為71.4%;VEGF和 P53在噁性腫瘤細胞中暘性錶達分彆為57和31例,錶達率分彆為74%和40.3%,EGFR與 VEGF錶達具有相關性(r=0.609;P=0.000)。結論 EGFR、VEGF和 P53在噁性胸腔積液的肺腺癌細胞中具有較高的錶達率,且錶達具有緊密聯繫,併可以對臨床治療有一定參攷性。
목적:탐토재악성흉강적액중폐선암세포중 EGFR、VEGF、P53표체적상태화관계급대림상치료적분자생물학의의。방법이용액기박층세포학자동도편기술방법화면역화학방법사사출악성흉강적액중폐선암77례화량성흉수10례,재용면역세포화학염색검측 EGFR、VEGF、P53적표체정황。결과면역세포화학염색현시 EGFR 재종류세포중양성표체55례,표체솔위71.4%;VEGF화 P53재악성종류세포중양성표체분별위57화31례,표체솔분별위74%화40.3%,EGFR여 VEGF표체구유상관성(r=0.609;P=0.000)。결론 EGFR、VEGF화 P53재악성흉강적액적폐선암세포중구유교고적표체솔,차표체구유긴밀련계,병가이대림상치료유일정삼고성。
Obj ective To investigate the expressions of EGFR,VEGF,P5 3 their is molecular biolog-ical significance in clinical treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung adenocarcinoma cells.Methods ThinPrep cytology smear technical methods and automated immunochemical methods screened 77 cases of malignant pleural effusion of lung adenocarcinoma and 10 cases of benign pleural effusion.The expressions of EGFR,VEGF,P5 3 were detected by immunocytochemistry.Results In tumor cells,immunocytochem-istry showed EGFR expression in 5 5 cases and the expression rate was 7 1 .4%.VEGF and P5 3 were ex-pressed in 57 and 31 cases,respectively,and the expression rates were 74% and 40.3%.EGFR was corre-lated with VEGF (r=0.609;P=0.000).Conclusion EGFR,VEGF and P53 are highly expressed in ma-lignant pleural effusion of lung adenocarcinoma cells,and their expressions are closely correlated,and may have reference value for clinical treatment.
