压裂液的流变性是影响其压裂效果的重要因素之一。针对胜利油田滨661块研制的瓜胶与交联剂FYC-160形成的压裂液体系 GRJ-11,研究其流变性、耐温性和抗剪切性,并利用扫描电镜观测了其微观结构。结果表明,此压裂液体系具有良好的增黏能力和抗剪切效果,170 s-1、剪切40 min后,体系黏度仍在90 mPa·s 左右,且内部形成了稳定的三维交联网络结构。对此压裂液在滨661块沙四段12口井进行了整体压裂投产,平均每口井日产油5.53 t,平均含水率为39.74%,压裂后单井获得较高产能,满足于地层压裂的要求。
壓裂液的流變性是影響其壓裂效果的重要因素之一。針對勝利油田濱661塊研製的瓜膠與交聯劑FYC-160形成的壓裂液體繫 GRJ-11,研究其流變性、耐溫性和抗剪切性,併利用掃描電鏡觀測瞭其微觀結構。結果錶明,此壓裂液體繫具有良好的增黏能力和抗剪切效果,170 s-1、剪切40 min後,體繫黏度仍在90 mPa·s 左右,且內部形成瞭穩定的三維交聯網絡結構。對此壓裂液在濱661塊沙四段12口井進行瞭整體壓裂投產,平均每口井日產油5.53 t,平均含水率為39.74%,壓裂後單井穫得較高產能,滿足于地層壓裂的要求。

The rheology of fracturing fluid is one of the important factors that influence the fracturing effect.The rheology, heat resistance and shear resistance of fracturing fluid (GRJ-1 1 )were studied which was consisted with guar gum and crosslinking agent(FYC-160)in Shengli oilfield.Its microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results of experimental tests showed that,the fracturing fluid system had higher property of viscosifying ability,shear resistance and more perfect three-dimensional cross-linked network structure.The viscosity of the fracturing fluid could keep about 90 mPa·s after shearing at 170 s-1 for 40 min.The guar gum fracturing fluid system was applied to the field successfully for 12 oil wells,and the average oil production was 5.53 t/d and the average water cut was 39.74% after dealing with 12 wells. The GRJ-1 1 system could match the need of the well with the low reservoir permeability of Es-4 of Bin 6 6 1 black.
