在国家大力推进职业教育校企合作制度化建设的背景下，以国际比较视野，对发达国家校企合作相关政策法规进行研究及借鉴，梳理和对比分析国内相关文件，为制定我国职业教育校企合作政策法规提供思路，推进校企合作的制度化建设。

Under the background of institutionalized construction for school-industry partnership in vocational education in China, this paper studies the policies and regulations for school-industry partnership in developed countries and com-pares them with those in China by adopting an international comparative perspective in order to provide insights for the institutionalization of school-industry partnership in vocational education in China.
