在冰箱的开发设计中,很多结构和物料都可以参考借鉴或直接引用原有的产品结构,标准化和引用性增强,减少新物料的数量,可以缩短开发的时间、简化设计开发过程、增加基础要素的通用性、增强设计的可靠性、降低开发成本、减少工艺装备等制造费用。本文提出了成组技术在冰箱开发中的应用,在研发阶段就以成组技术为指导思想进行设计,使得接下来的成组工艺得到更有效地实施,形成规模化单一性生产,提高企业的整体效益。
在冰箱的開髮設計中,很多結構和物料都可以參攷藉鑒或直接引用原有的產品結構,標準化和引用性增彊,減少新物料的數量,可以縮短開髮的時間、簡化設計開髮過程、增加基礎要素的通用性、增彊設計的可靠性、降低開髮成本、減少工藝裝備等製造費用。本文提齣瞭成組技術在冰箱開髮中的應用,在研髮階段就以成組技術為指導思想進行設計,使得接下來的成組工藝得到更有效地實施,形成規模化單一性生產,提高企業的整體效益。
재빙상적개발설계중,흔다결구화물료도가이삼고차감혹직접인용원유적산품결구,표준화화인용성증강,감소신물료적수량,가이축단개발적시간、간화설계개발과정、증가기출요소적통용성、증강설계적가고성、강저개발성본、감소공예장비등제조비용。본문제출료성조기술재빙상개발중적응용,재연발계단취이성조기술위지도사상진행설계,사득접하래적성조공예득도경유효지실시,형성규모화단일성생산,제고기업적정체효익。
Many structures and materials can be used for reference during the course of refrigerator design and develop-ment, and some original structures can even be used directly. The higher the standardization is, the less types of new ma-terials are needed. This can shorten development time, simplify the design course, increase the universality of basic fac-tors and reliability of design, cut development cost, and reduce technology facilities. This paper argues for the applica-tion of Group Technology in refrigerator design and development, and the author holds that the Group Technology should be regarded as the guideline in the development phase, which can result in a more efficient use of Group Technology in the processes following, a more productive mass production, and a better overall benefit for the company.
