Under the background of studying and developing cultural resources,the analysis of the advantages of the silk road culture resources and the measures on how to develop that culture,is made and then worked on discussion on ways to promoting the animation art creation and the de-velopment of animation industry effectively.That is,the creation ability of animation art would be improved though integrating the culture resources,showing the features of culture and playing a technical strength.Meanwhile,the animation creative cultural industry could be promoted by im-proving the ability of derivative product development and creating the cultural transmission plat-form.
