虚拟校园系统在真三维平台上直观、形象地展现校园场景。以成都理工大学主校区为例,论述了利用虚拟现实技术创建交互式三维虚拟校园的流程。利用SketchUp建立虚拟校园三维模型,导入Google Earth,再将Google Earth嵌至C#应用程序中,从而既可显示校园基本地物特征,又允许用户进行信息查询,还可使用三维飞行功能进行漫游,满足三维视景动态可视化要求。

The virtual campus system directly and vividly shows campus scenes on the real 3D platform. With the main campus of Chengdu University of Technology as an example, this paper discusses the flow of establishing an interactive 3D virtual campus with the virtual reality technology. SketchUp is used to establish a virtual campus 3D mode, followed by introducing Google Earth and embedment it into the C# application program. Thus, basic surface feature characteristics of the campus are displayed, and allowed users for information inquiry. Moreover, 3D flight function can be used for roaming, to meet the visual requirements of 3D vision dynamics.
