西方修辞学与哲学在古典时期就分道扬镳了，直到20世纪初哲学的“语言转向”才修补了哲学与修辞学之间的关系，使两者之间的隔阂逐渐得到弥合。从“语言哲学”和修辞学所共同关心的问题入手，探讨“语言哲学”对当代西方修辞学产生的影响，可以展现闪烁在修辞学中的“语言哲学”思想以及两者之间的内在相生关系。

Western rhetoric departed from philosophy in classical times. Until 20th century, philosophical turn to language modifies and restores the relationship between philosophy and rhetoric. Starting from the philosophical and rhetorical exploration of language meaning, the relationship between human beings and world, and thoughts of language dialectics, the paper analyzes the influences of language philosophy, which embodied in western rhetoric, on western rhetoric. The study shows that language philosophy and rhetoric are intrinsically complementary.
