城市水源地保护对城市生存和发展具有重要意义。为评估北京延庆水源地对北京城区居民的价值,本研究采用双边界二分式CVM方法,对北京城区居民进行水源地保护的支付意愿调查评估。调查回收有效问卷1011份,调查结果显示,57.28%的受访者有支付意愿,单边界下居民的支付意愿为162元/户/年,双边界下为150元/户/年。加权最小二乘法估计结果表明,支付意愿受年龄、性别、受访者月收入、家庭水费、是否去过延庆水源地、对供水水量的看法、对供水水质的看法等因素影响。研究同时表明,水价提价可以作为水源地CVM调查设计中的支付工具。采用双边界二分式技术评估出的结果低于单边界技术评估结果,双边界95%的置信区间范围显著小于单边界,双边界评估结果更精确。

The protection of drinking water source areas is of great significance to the survival and development of a city .In order to evaluate one of the Beijing drinking water source areas-Yanqing water source areas ,the double-bounded dichotomous contingent valuation method (CVM ) is applied to solicit the urban citizens'willingness-to-pay (WTP) for protecting this water source areas of Beijing .Totally 1011 valid questionnaires are received .The survey shows that 57 .28% of interviewees are willing to pay for it . The results are that the respondents are willing to pay CNY 162 per household per year in average under the single boundary solicitation technique ,and the average WTP is CNY 152per household per year in average with the double boundary solicitation technique .The results of weighted least squares estimate show that the WTP is influenced by age ,gender ,monthly income ,water bill ,views on water supply , views on water quality and whether have been to water source area of Yanqing .The results also show that a premium over water tariff can be used as the payment vehicle in CVM research of drinking water source areas ;the results with double-bounded CVM is lower than that of single-bounded ,and its 95% confidence interval boundaries significantly lower than that of single -bounded , which reminds that the double-bounded CVM is more precise than singlebounded CVM .
