目的:比较用3M Petrifilm法与用 SN标准法对水产品中细菌总数的检测结果。方法采用3M Petrifilm 法和 SN 标准法同时对水产品(鱿鱼、螺肉、虾、蟹肉等)中细菌总数进行检测比对。结果两种方法的检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且3M Petrifilm 法具有操作简便、灵敏度高的优点。结论3M Petrifilm法可作为水产品中细菌总数检测的新方法。

ABSTRACT:Objective To compare the determination of bacterial count for aquatic products by 3M Petri-film method and SN standard method. Methods Samples were taken and detected by 3M Petrifilm method and SN standard method. Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in using these two methods to determine bacterial count in aquatic products. 3M Petrifilm method has higher sensitivity and simpler operation than SN standard method. Conclusion 3M Petrifilm method can be used to detect bacterial count in aquatic products as SN standard method.
