通过近几年调研和试验，对垦区水稻直播栽培有新认识，水稻直播不仅省工省费而且节水稳产高产，可谓低耗高效，顺应时代低碳循环经济生产潮流，在垦区生产实践与技术呈现新形势，新发展。垦区应改变历来态度，变限制为鼓励，重视水稻直播，当前尤其应重视研究。通过典型区直播栽培试验确立是否可以加大推广发展。
