为研究东北地区灌溉型水库的甲烷排放特征及其影响因子,试验采用静态浮箱法于2008年测定了泥河水库水-气界面的甲烷通量。结果发现,泥河水库的甲烷排放通量范围0.34~19.13 mg·m-2·h-1,平均6.56 mg·m-2·h-1。甲烷排放通量存在明显的季节变化,夏季>秋季>春季;甲烷排放通量未表现出空间差异。相关性分析表明,甲烷通量分别与水温、叶绿素和总氮呈显著正相关关系;与溶氧和水深为显著负相关关系。该研究建议在评估水库温室气体排放时,应充分考虑灌溉型水库的甲烷排放。

In order to study methane emission characteristics and influencing factors of irrigation reservoirs in northeast China,static floating chamber method was used to measure methane flux across water-air interface in Nihe reservoir in 2008.The results indicated that methane emission flux ranged from 0.34 to 19.13 mg·m-2·h-1,with the average flux of 6.56 mg·m-2·h-1.There were significantly seasonal differences of methane flux,summer >autumn >spring;there were no spatial differences of methane flux.Correlation analysis showed that methane flux was positively related with water temperature,chlorophyll and total nitrogen;negatively related with dissolved oxygen and water depth.The study suggests that methane emissions of irrigation reservoirs should be considered to accurately estimate greenhouse gases emissions in reservoirs.
