隧洞爆破设计有孔眼直径、炸药、装药结构、装药量、起爆网等。开挖方法分别采用半断面及全断面两种爆破开挖方式,对于台阶开挖的Ⅳ、Ⅴ围岩,采用弱爆破,对于Ⅱ、Ⅲ围岩类采用全断面光面爆破。在钻爆施工中,对爆破参数通过理论数据和实践数据相结合,做到既能达到预期的光爆效果又能节省材料的同时,减少返工补炮,保证工期,控制成本。

수동폭파설계유공안직경、작약、장약결구、장약량、기폭망등。개알방법분별채용반단면급전단면량충폭파개알방식,대우태계개알적Ⅳ、Ⅴ위암,채용약폭파,대우Ⅱ、Ⅲ위암류채용전단면광면폭파。재찬폭시공중,대폭파삼수통과이론수거화실천수거상결합,주도기능체도예기적광폭효과우능절성재료적동시,감소반공보포,보증공기,공제성본。
The tunnel blasting includes design of perforation diameter,explosive,charge structure,charge quantity,charge network,etc.Excavation methods adopt half section and section two blasting excavation method respectively.For IV,V surrounding rock class of the step excavation,the weak blasting;for II,III surrounding rock class,full face blasting.In the drilling and blasting,the blasting parameters through the combination of theory data and practice data,the desired effect of smooth blasting can be achieved,and at the same time it can save materials so as to reduce rework,guarantee time limit for a project,control cost.
