社区居家养老服务在加快建立社会养老服务体系的过程中占据举足轻重的地位。使用中国人民大学老年学研究所“2013年北京市西城区老年人基本情况和服务需求调查”项目数据，分析了西城区社区居家养老照护资源的分布状况、存在的一些带有普遍性的问题，提出了相关的政策建议。

The community home-based care for the aged has been occupying a pivotal position in the process of accelerating the establishment of social old-age service system. The authors in this article used the data of "The Investigations Related to the Elderly Basic Conditions and Services Needs in Beijing Xicheng District,2013"conducted by Gerontology Research Institute in Renmin University. The authors not only analyzed the distribution conditions of the community home-based care resources in Xicheng District, but also studied some practically general problems. Finally, the authors provided relevant policy recommendations.
