随着我国人口老龄化、高龄化形势的日益严峻，各地养老机构服务纠纷频发。对养老机构服务纠纷进行科学分析、有效应对已刻不容缓。针对养老机构服务纠纷类型复杂、诱因繁多、变化难测、涉及面广等主要特点，应建立起一套行之有效的应对举措和制度安排，在遵循科学的应对原则和规范的应对流程的基础上不断健全保障措施，多管齐下地应对并处理好养老机构服务纠纷。

With population aging become increasingly serious, the service disputes of elderly care institutions are frequent. It is urgent to scientiifcally analyze and effectively deal with them in elderly care institutions. These Features are characterized by complex types, various causes, unforeseen changes, wide involvements and so on. We must set up an effective response and system arrangement;and on the basis of following the scientific principles and normative procedures, we should continuously improve the safeguard measures and take various measures to deal with these service disputes.
