目的：观察舒芬太尼用于无痛人工流产术后宫缩痛的效果。方法选择ASAⅠ-Ⅱ早期妊娠行人工流产术患者120例，随机分为2组：F组芬太尼＋丙泊酚组；SF组舒芬太尼＋丙泊酚组。2组均先分别缓慢静脉注射芬太尼，舒芬太尼，2～3 min后，静脉注射丙泊酚。术中根据患者的情况必要时追加丙泊酚。记录术中及术后Bp（血压），HR（心率），SpO2及VAS（疼痛视觉模拟评分）情况。结果 F、SF组术中Bp、HR与术前比有显著下降（ P＜0．05），术后均恢复正常。2组患者清醒时间、恶心、呕吐发生率无明显差异。 SF组VAS评分高于F组，有显著差异（ P＜0．05）。结论芬太尼、舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产术，均能达到满意的手术镇痛效果，舒芬太尼对于抑制术后宫缩痛效果优于芬太尼。
목적：관찰서분태니용우무통인공유산술후궁축통적효과。방법선택ASAⅠ-Ⅱ조기임신행인공유산술환자120례，수궤분위2조：F조분태니＋병박분조；SF조서분태니＋병박분조。2조균선분별완만정맥주사분태니，서분태니，2～3 min후，정맥주사병박분。술중근거환자적정황필요시추가병박분。기록술중급술후Bp（혈압），HR（심솔），SpO2급VAS（동통시각모의평분）정황。결과 F、SF조술중Bp、HR여술전비유현저하강（ P＜0．05），술후균회복정상。2조환자청성시간、악심、구토발생솔무명현차이。 SF조VAS평분고우F조，유현저차이（ P＜0．05）。결론분태니、서분태니복합병박분용우무통인공유산술，균능체도만의적수술진통효과，서분태니대우억제술후궁축통효과우우분태니。
Objective To observe the effect of induced abortion pain after contractions by using sufentanyl .Methods ASAⅠ~Ⅱearly pregnancy abortion row 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups:F group fentanyl +propo-fol group;SF group sufentanil+propofol group.Two groups were first slow intravenous fentanyl , sufentanil, and then re-spectively intravenous injection of propofol after 2 ~3 minutes.Intraoperative additional propofol according to the patient when necessary .Intraoperative and postoperative Bp ( BP ) , HR ( heart rate ) , SpO2 and VAS ( visual ana-logue pain score ) case .Results Before F , SF group intraoperative Bp , HR and surgery was significantly decreased compared ( P<0.05 ) after surgery were normal .two groups of patients awake time , nausea and vomiting was no signifi-cant difference .SF group VAS score higher than F group , a significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Fenta-nyl , sufentanil and propofol for painless abortion , surgery can achieve satisfactory analgesia after sufentanil for inhibiting uterine pain better than fentanyl .
