目的：探讨坚强内固定联合颌间牵引对颌骨多发性骨折的复位效果。方法2001年2月-2009年12月对收治的157例颌骨骨折按手术方式分为坚强内固定组77例和坚强内固定术联合颌间牵引组80例，观察两组骨折复位效果。结果两组颌骨单发性骨折复位优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。颌骨多发性骨折坚强内固定联合颌间牵引组复位优良率高于坚强内固定组(P<0．05)。结论坚强内固定联合颌间牵引治疗颌骨多发性骨折具有良好的效果。
목적：탐토견강내고정연합합간견인대합골다발성골절적복위효과。방법2001년2월-2009년12월대수치적157례합골골절안수술방식분위견강내고정조77례화견강내고정술연합합간견인조80례，관찰량조골절복위효과。결과량조합골단발성골절복위우량솔비교차이무통계학의의(P>0．05)。합골다발성골절견강내고정연합합간견인조복위우량솔고우견강내고정조(P<0．05)。결론견강내고정연합합간견인치료합골다발성골절구유량호적효과。
Objective To explore the reduction effect of rigid internal fixation combined with intermaxillary trac-tion in treatment of multiple fracture of jaw. Methods A total of 157 patients with jaw fractures during February 2001 and December 2009 were divided into rigid internal fixation group (group A, n=77) and rigid internal fixation combined with intermaxillary traction group (group B, n=80), and the reduction effects of the two groups were observed. Results The difference in fineness rate of solitary fracture reduction was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). The fineness rate of multiple fracture of jaw in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0. 05). Conclusion The method of rigid internal fixation combined with intermaxillary traction in treatment of multiple fracture of jaw is very effective.
