目的：探讨临床药师参与化疗致重度骨髓抑制患者治疗过程中用药监护策略。方法临床药师参与1例舌癌患者应用GP方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)化疗后重度骨髓抑制的治疗全程，对升白细胞、升血小板及抗感染药物的合理使用情况进行药学监护。结果本例患者白细胞和血小板均明显恢复，病情稳定出院。结论临床药师积极参与临床药学监护，可以协同医生优化给药方案，更有利于患者的用药安全、有效。
목적：탐토림상약사삼여화료치중도골수억제환자치료과정중용약감호책략。방법림상약사삼여1례설암환자응용GP방안(길서타빈+순박)화료후중도골수억제적치료전정，대승백세포、승혈소판급항감염약물적합리사용정황진행약학감호。결과본례환자백세포화혈소판균명현회복，병정은정출원。결론림상약사적겁삼여림상약학감호，가이협동의생우화급약방안，경유리우환자적용약안전、유효。
Objective To investigate the strategies of pharmaceutical care in treatment of myeloablation induced by chemotherapy by clinical pharmacists. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in drug treatment of a tongue canc-er patient with myeloablation induced by GP scheme chemotherapy ( Gemcitabine + Cisplatin) , and the pharmaceutical care was performed for reasonable use of leukogenic, thrombopoietic and anti-infection drugs. Results The patient's lev-els of leucocyte and platelets obviously improved, and the patient was discharged from hospital after the condition became stable. Conclusion Participation of clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmaceutical care may help clinicians make opti-mized dose schedule, and better ensure the safety and efficacy of drug use.
