目的:探讨平原地区健康人群短期进入高原地区后肺动脉压及心功能的变化情况。方法对2013年5-12月经胸心脏超声筛选出肺动脉压及心功能正常的平原地区健康成年人40名,通过超声测量进入高原前和进入高原后10 d肺动脉平均压(mPAP),左心室射血分数(LVEF),右心室射血分数(RVEF),左、右心室Tei指数,观察6 min步行距离。结果入高原后10 d测量6 min步行距离、动脉血氧饱和度和RVEF低于入高原前,mPAP和右心室Tei指数高于入高原前(P<0.05,P<0.01),而 LVEF和左心室 Tei指数与入高原前比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论健康人短期进入高原地区可出现缺氧性肺动脉高压相关的右心功能降低,左心功能无显著改变。

목적:탐토평원지구건강인군단기진입고원지구후폐동맥압급심공능적변화정황。방법대2013년5-12월경흉심장초성사선출폐동맥압급심공능정상적평원지구건강성년인40명,통과초성측량진입고원전화진입고원후10 d폐동맥평균압(mPAP),좌심실사혈분수(LVEF),우심실사혈분수(RVEF),좌、우심실Tei지수,관찰6 min보행거리。결과입고원후10 d측량6 min보행거리、동맥혈양포화도화RVEF저우입고원전,mPAP화우심실Tei지수고우입고원전(P<0.05,P<0.01),이 LVEF화좌심실 Tei지수여입고원전비교차이무통계학의의(P >0.05)。결론건강인단기진입고원지구가출현결양성폐동맥고압상관적우심공능강저,좌심공능무현저개변。
Objective To discuss changes of pulmonary arterial pressure and cardiac function of the controls from plains before and after short-term exposure in highlands. Methods A total of 40 healthy people in plains with nor-mal pulmonary arterial pressure and cardiac function from May to December 2013 were recruited in this study. and the values of Mean pulmonary artery pressure ( mPAP) , left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF) , right ventricular ejection fraction (RVEF), left and right ventricular Tei indexes were detected by ultrasonometry, and 6-min walking distance (6-MWD) was also observed before and after exposure in highland for 10 d. Results After exposure in highland for 10 d, the values of 6-MWD, arterial oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) and RVEF were significantly lower, and values of mPAP, right ventricular Tei index were significantly higher compared with those before exposure (P<0. 05, P<0. 01), while the differences in values of LVEF and left ventricular Tei index were not statistically significant compared with those before entering the highland areas (P>0. 05). Conclusion Right ventricular function induced by hypoxia-induced pulmonary hypertension of healthy people in plains after short-term exposure in highlands may decrease, but there is no significant change in left ventricular function.
