采用移动式铁炭微电解技术对染料废水进行预处理,以提高废水的可生化性。试验结果表明:在染料废水初始COD约为2000 mg/L,铁炭比为1∶1,pH为3.0,停留时间为30 min,并进行适量曝气的条件下, COD去除率可达到45%左右,色度去除率达到99%以上,废水可生化性提高将近4~5倍,且该装置能连续运行40 d以上。利用移动技术解决了固定床的板结问题。移动式铁炭微电解技术可作为高浓度难降解工业废水的预处理技术。

Mobile-type Fe/C microelectrolysis technique has been used for the pretreatment of dyestuff wastewater, to enhance the biodegradability of dyestuff wastewater. The results show that the COD removing rate and decoloriza-tion rate could be up to about 45%and above 99%,respectively,when the initial COD of dyesstuff wastewater is 2 000 mg/L,the volume ratio of Fe/C 1∶1,pH 3.0,hydraulic retention time 30 min,under proper aeration condition. Under these conditions,the biodegradability of the wastewater can be improved nearly 4-5 times,and the system can run continuously for more than 40 d. Making use of the mobile technique has solved the caking problem of fixed bed. Mobile-type Fe/C microelectrolysis technique can be used as the pretreatment technique for refractory wastewater with highly concentration.
