目的:比较分析免疫色谱法(PCT-Q)与发光免疫分析法(PCT-L)测量血清降钙素原(PCT)的一致性及应用价值。方法选取我院2013-09~2013-12间收集的80份血清标本为研究对象,分别采取半定量PCT-Q与定量PCT-L对血清标本中的PCT含量进行测量,对两种方法的检测结果一致性、特异性等情况进行统计分析。结果 PCT-Q与PCT-L结果一致53例(66.25%),相差一个级别(上或下)22例(27.50%),相符率为93.75%。结论 PCT-Q与PCT-L测量血清降钙素原相符率较高,但并不总是一致。对于急性疾病诊断可选取免疫色谱法;对于疑问疾病、检测治疗或要求精确测量首选发光免疫分析法。

Objective To compare the immune chromatography ( PCT-Q) and chemiluminescence immunoassay ( PCT-L) measure-ment of serum procalcitonin ( PCT) consistency and value .Methods A total of 80 serum specimens of the hospital from September to De-cember,2013 were collected as research objects , were measured in serum samples of serum procalcitonin in semi quantitative immuno chro-matography and quantitative luminescence immunoassay , and consistency and anisotropy of the detection results of two methods were analyzed.Results 53 cases have consistent PCT -Q and PCT-L results (66.25%), 22 cases have difference in level (up or down) in (27.50%), and consistent rate is 93.75%.Conclusion PCT-Q and PCT-L measurement of serum procalcitonin compliance rate is higher , but not always consistent .The diagnosis of acute disease can select immune chromatography;for doubt disease , detection and treat-ment or the accurate measurements prefer luminescence immunoassay .
