目的：通过随机对照试验研究克拉霉素联合独一味治疗精囊炎的效果。方法将74例临床诊断为精囊炎且符合纳入标准患者随机分为A、B两组，每组各37例，A组予以单独克拉霉素口服，0.5 g／d，餐中服用，连服2周；B组予以克拉霉素口服同A组，同时联合独一味胶囊口服，0.9 g／次，3次／d，持续2周。1个月后根据患者临床症状及实验室检查评估疗效。根据症状及影像学检查结果评价疗效。结果克拉霉素联合独一味治疗精囊炎在改善血精及精囊炎性肿大方面效果较好，两组之间有统计学差异，P＜0.05；但在改善疼痛及性功能障碍方面无统计学差异，P＞0.05。结论克拉霉素联合独一味治疗精囊炎比单独使用克拉霉素治疗精囊炎效果更显著。
목적：통과수궤대조시험연구극랍매소연합독일미치료정낭염적효과。방법장74례림상진단위정낭염차부합납입표준환자수궤분위A、B량조，매조각37례，A조여이단독극랍매소구복，0.5 g／d，찬중복용，련복2주；B조여이극랍매소구복동A조，동시연합독일미효낭구복，0.9 g／차，3차／d，지속2주。1개월후근거환자림상증상급실험실검사평고료효。근거증상급영상학검사결과평개료효。결과극랍매소연합독일미치료정낭염재개선혈정급정낭염성종대방면효과교호，량조지간유통계학차이，P＜0.05；단재개선동통급성공능장애방면무통계학차이，P＞0.05。결론극랍매소연합독일미치료정낭염비단독사용극랍매소치료정낭염효과경현저。
Objective To investigate the effect of Lamiophlomis Rotate and clarithromycin in the treatment of Seminal Vesiculitis . Methods 74 patients with Seminal Vesiculitis met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into A and B groups , with 37 patients in each group.A group were treated with clarithromycin oral , 0.5 g/day during the meal, and the treatment lasted for two weeks; B group were treated with clarithromycin and Lamiophlomis Rotate capsules , 0.9 g/time, 3 times/day for 2 weeks.According to clinical symptoms and laboratory tests , the efficacy was tested .Results Lamiophlomis Rotate clarithromycin combination therapy in improving Hematospermia and Seminal enlargement is better , there were significant differences between the two groups , P<0.05;But there was no statistical differ-ence improvement in pain and sexual dysfunction , P>0 .05 .Conclusion Clarithromycin combination therapy Seminal Lamiophlomis Ro-tate clarithromycin treatment has better effect .
