目的:探讨乳腺三算子及血氧功能成像技术联合高频超声对乳腺疾病诊断的应用价值。方法应用乳腺三算子及高频超声分别进行检查,及联合两者进行检查175例合并肿块的乳腺疾病患者,并分析对比良恶性肿块的声像图表现及血流特征资料。结果与术后病理诊断对比,单独乳腺三算子检出乳腺恶性肿瘤71例,检出率88.75%,良性肿瘤87例,检出率91.58%;高频超声检出乳腺恶性肿瘤67例,检出率83.75%,良性肿瘤84例,检出率88.42%,二者联合检出乳腺恶性肿瘤77例,检出率96.25%,良性肿瘤91例,检出率95.79%。结论乳腺三算子及血氧功能成像技术、高频超声对合并肿块的乳腺疾病有较高的诊断和鉴别诊断价值,二者联合应用意义更大。

목적:탐토유선삼산자급혈양공능성상기술연합고빈초성대유선질병진단적응용개치。방법응용유선삼산자급고빈초성분별진행검사,급연합량자진행검사175례합병종괴적유선질병환자,병분석대비량악성종괴적성상도표현급혈류특정자료。결과여술후병리진단대비,단독유선삼산자검출유선악성종류71례,검출솔88.75%,량성종류87례,검출솔91.58%;고빈초성검출유선악성종류67례,검출솔83.75%,량성종류84례,검출솔88.42%,이자연합검출유선악성종류77례,검출솔96.25%,량성종류91례,검출솔95.79%。결론유선삼산자급혈양공능성상기술、고빈초성대합병종괴적유선질병유교고적진단화감별진단개치,이자연합응용의의경대。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of three -operators and blood-oxygen functional image ( TOBOFI) technology and colored ultrasonic Doppler in the diagnosis of breast diseases .Methods 175 patients with malignant and benign breast diseases were all con-firmed by surgery and pathological examinations .All the patients were examined by TOBOFI scanning and colored ultrasonic .Results The positive diagnostic rate of the two exams in benign breast diseases and breast cancer was 88.75%through three-operators.The positive diag-nostic rate of the two exams in benign breast diseases and breast cancer was 95.79%through the combination of the two methods .Conclusion Two examinations all were valuable diagnostic indicators of breast diseases no matter benign or malignant , they have complementarity in di-agnosing the breast diseases and breast cancer .The value of TOBOFI scanning in combination with colored ultrasonic is utmost .
