目的：使用不同剂量氯胺酮应用于儿童七氟醚麻醉后苏醒期，探讨其对小儿麻醉后疼痛和躁动的应用价值。方法以七氟醚全麻下行浅表手术的儿童为研究对象，随机将分为实验组、观察组和对照组，麻醉后分别静注0.50 mg／kg、0.25 mg／kg的氯胺酮静脉推射和生理盐水，对患儿苏醒后疼痛评分及躁动情况等情况进行记录和统计分析。结果实验组、观察组和对照组3组患儿术后疼痛评分结果呈现显著差异性（P＜0.05），3组患儿苏醒时间、并发症发生以及拔管时间等差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论氯胺酮的小剂量使用有助于减少小儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒期的躁动症状，临床观察显示0.50 mg／kg的剂量能达到较好的效果。
목적：사용불동제량록알동응용우인동칠불미마취후소성기，탐토기대소인마취후동통화조동적응용개치。방법이칠불미전마하행천표수술적인동위연구대상，수궤장분위실험조、관찰조화대조조，마취후분별정주0.50 mg／kg、0.25 mg／kg적록알동정맥추사화생리염수，대환인소성후동통평분급조동정황등정황진행기록화통계분석。결과실험조、관찰조화대조조3조환인술후동통평분결과정현현저차이성（P＜0.05），3조환인소성시간、병발증발생이급발관시간등차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론록알동적소제량사용유조우감소소인칠불미마취후소성기적조동증상，림상관찰현시0.50 mg／kg적제량능체도교호적효과。
Objective Through using different doses of Ketamine in children sevoflurane anesthesia recovery period , to explore the value of pain and agitation in children .Methods Sevoflurane anesthesia superficial surgery for children for the study were randomly divided into the experimental group , the observation group and control group , respectively, with intravenous anesthesia 0.50mg/kg,0.25mg/kg of Ketamine and saline on the circumstances after anesthesia , such as pain scores and agitation in children after waking recorded and statistical analysis.Results The experimental group and control group was observed , children of three groups with postoperative pain score results showed a significant difference (P<0.05), and children of three groups with recovery time , complications and estuation time difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The use of small doses of Ketamine can help reduce children after sevoflurane an -esthesia symptoms of agitation .Clinical observation indicates that the dose of 0.50mg/kg can achieve better results .
