目的：探讨泮托拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效，分析质子泵抑制剂抑制胃酸分泌的药理学机制。方法选取2011-04～2013-01间在我院接受治疗的141例胃溃疡患者，其中男85例，女56例，年龄32～70岁，平均年龄（46.2±4.6）岁，患者均经胃镜检查确诊为胃溃疡，并排除其他疾病。所有患者入院后均使用泮托拉唑进行治疗，并将治疗前后患者疼痛情况和幽门螺旋杆菌（ HP）感染率进行比较。结果患者治疗4周有效率为94.6％，治疗前HP感染率为85.1％，治疗后为12.8％，治疗前疼痛评分为（7.5±0.6）分，治疗后为（2.3±0.4）分。结论质子泵抑制剂抑制胃酸分泌在治疗胃溃疡时能取得较好疗效，可有效清除HP，并抑制胃酸分泌，迅速缓解胃疼痛。
목적：탐토반탁랍서치료위궤양적림상료효，분석질자빙억제제억제위산분비적약이학궤제。방법선취2011-04～2013-01간재아원접수치료적141례위궤양환자，기중남85례，녀56례，년령32～70세，평균년령（46.2±4.6）세，환자균경위경검사학진위위궤양，병배제기타질병。소유환자입원후균사용반탁랍서진행치료，병장치료전후환자동통정황화유문라선간균（ HP）감염솔진행비교。결과환자치료4주유효솔위94.6％，치료전HP감염솔위85.1％，치료후위12.8％，치료전동통평분위（7.5±0.6）분，치료후위（2.3±0.4）분。결론질자빙억제제억제위산분비재치료위궤양시능취득교호료효，가유효청제HP，병억제위산분비，신속완해위동통。
Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of the treatment of gastric ulcer pantoprazole , and to analyze the pharmacological mechanisms of proton pump inhibitors inhibiting gastric acid secretion .Methods From April, 2011 to January, 2013 in the hospital, 141 cases with gastric ulcer were treated, 85 patients were male, 56 cases were female, with patients aged from 32 to 70 years old, and the mean age (46.2 ±4.6) years.Patients were diagnosed as gastric ulcer by endoscopy , and with the exclusion of other diseases .All patients were admitted to the hospital for treatment with pantoprazole and pain in patients before and after treatment condition , H.pylori infection were compared.Results The effective rate of the treatment of patients was 94.6%for four weeks, before treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection rate was 85.1%, and after treatment of H.pylori infection rate was 12.8%.Pre-treatment pain score was (7.5 ±0.6), and af-ter treatment was (2.3 ±0.4).Conclusion Proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of gastric ulcer can achieve good results , can effective-ly remove Helicobacter pylori , and inhibition of gastric acid secretion , quickly relieve pain .
