目的:探讨将分层管理应用于儿科病房对工作效率以及服务质量的影响。方法在儿科病房中采用分层管理模式,将护理人员按“护士长-责任组长-责任护士-辅助护士”分层方案划分并分配职责,调整床护比,定期实施考核。结果儿科病房中开展分层管理的试验组在院方评价中专科护理、护理文书以及健康教育这三项得到的分值更高,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者调查表的比较显示试验组的服务态度、健康教育、护理操作均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层管理优化了优质服务病房的护理结构,使得有限的人力资源得到充分的发掘,进一步提高工作效率和护理质量,让优质的护理服务得到进一步提升。

Objective To investigate the effect of the layered management on the work efficiency and service quality in pediatric ward.Methods The layered management mode in the pediatric ward was applied , the nurses were divided and assigned responsibilities ac-cording to the"head nurse , responsibility leader , responsibility nurse and assistant nurse"hierarchical scheme to adjust the bed /nurse ra-tio, carry out regular checking .Results In the test group , the scores of nursing , nursing documents and health education were higher than those in the control group , the differences were significant .Comparison showed that in the experimental group service attitude , health educa-tion, nursing operation was better than those in the control group through patients questionnaire .Conclusions The layered management can optimize the nursing structure of high -quality service unit , explore the use of limit human resources , further improve the work efficiency and the quality of nursing .
