目的:探讨精子DNA损伤对试管婴儿助孕结局的影响。方法选择我院2012-09~2013-09间的100例实施试管婴儿的精子作为检测对象,依据精子DNA损伤情况分损伤组和正常组,对助孕结局的影响进行探讨。结果损伤组经统计示精子顶体酶活性、精子浓度、正常形态精子百分率、精子活力、优质胚胎率及试管婴儿( IVF)受精率等均低于正常组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。胞质内单精注射( ICSI )受精率高于正常组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。损伤组经统计示活产率为30%,流产率为10%,正常组活产率为50%,流产率为10%,组间活产率比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论精子DNA损伤检测在试管婴儿的风险预测中,可作为有效参考指标。对精子DNA损伤率检测,并应用适合方案获得DNA损伤较小或无损伤的精子,对提高IVF的助孕结局有重要的保障作用。

목적:탐토정자DNA손상대시관영인조잉결국적영향。방법선택아원2012-09~2013-09간적100례실시시관영인적정자작위검측대상,의거정자DNA손상정황분손상조화정상조,대조잉결국적영향진행탐토。결과손상조경통계시정자정체매활성、정자농도、정상형태정자백분솔、정자활력、우질배태솔급시관영인( IVF)수정솔등균저우정상조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。포질내단정주사( ICSI )수정솔고우정상조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。손상조경통계시활산솔위30%,유산솔위10%,정상조활산솔위50%,유산솔위10%,조간활산솔비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론정자DNA손상검측재시관영인적풍험예측중,가작위유효삼고지표。대정자DNA손상솔검측,병응용괄합방안획득DNA손상교소혹무손상적정자,대제고IVF적조잉결국유중요적보장작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of sperm DNA damage on IVF pregnant outcome .Methods Selecting 100 copies of the implementation of IVF sperm as detection object in the hospital from September , 2012 to September , 2013 , according to the test results .On the sperm DNA damage (damage rate was higher than 15%, the injury group (DNA) and normal sperm <15% damage), the effect of IVF outcome was discussed .Results The injury group by statistic showed the sperm acrosin activity , sperm concentration , percentage of normal sperm morphology , sperm motility, good quality embryo rate , fertilization rate of IVF were lower than the normal group , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Fertilization rate of ICSI was more than that in the normal group , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The result of the injury group after statistical showed the live birth rate was 30%, and the abortion rate was 10%.The result of the normal group showed that the live birth rate was 50%, and the abortion rate was 10%.There was statistical sig-nificance between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Risk prediction of sperm DNA damage detection in a test tube baby can be regar-ded as the effective reference index .The detection rate of sperm DNA damage and DNA damage are suitable for the application program to get smaller or no damage sperm , and has an important role on improving IVF pregnancy outcome .
