目的：探讨妊娠中晚期子宫动脉血流阻力检测在子痫前期预测中的作用。方法以我院2012-08～2013-08间收治的60例妊娠高血压患者及30例正常孕妇为研究对象，根据其最终诊断结果分为子痫前期组（28例）、妊娠期高血压组（32例）和正常妊娠组（30例），比较3组产妇在妊娠中晚期进行的子宫动脉血流阻力结果及分娩质量的情况。结果子痫前期组产妇搏动指数（ PI）和阻力指数（ RI）高于妊娠期高血压组及正常妊娠组产妇，1分钟Apgar评分和新生儿体重低于妊娠期高血压组及正常妊娠组产妇，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论对妊娠中晚期孕妇进行子宫动脉血流阻力检测，可以有效地对子痫前期进行预测，及时采取干预措施，具有积极的临床价值。
목적：탐토임신중만기자궁동맥혈류조력검측재자간전기예측중적작용。방법이아원2012-08～2013-08간수치적60례임신고혈압환자급30례정상잉부위연구대상，근거기최종진단결과분위자간전기조（28례）、임신기고혈압조（32례）화정상임신조（30례），비교3조산부재임신중만기진행적자궁동맥혈류조력결과급분면질량적정황。결과자간전기조산부박동지수（ PI）화조력지수（ RI）고우임신기고혈압조급정상임신조산부，1분종Apgar평분화신생인체중저우임신기고혈압조급정상임신조산부，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론대임신중만기잉부진행자궁동맥혈류조력검측，가이유효지대자간전기진행예측，급시채취간예조시，구유적겁적림상개치。
Objective To study the prediction value of pre -eclampsia by the Doppler ultrasound of uterine arteries in the middle -late pregnancy.Methods 60 pregnant women were divided into the pre -eclampsia group(PE group, 28 cases), hypertensive disorder compli-cating pregnancy group( HDCP group, 32 cases) and control group(30 cases).The doppler ultrasound of uterine arteries was used in the all pregnant women , and the results were compared among the three groups .Results The PI and RI of the PE group were higher than that in the HDCP group and control group .The Apgar degree and the birth weight of the PE group were lower than that in the HDCP group and control group with statistical meaning ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion It can get a satisfaction effect to use Doppler ultrasound of uterine arteries in the prediction of pre -eclampsia in middle-late pregnancy .
