目的：比较不同围术期护理干预模式在中耳炎乳突根治术患者中的应用效果。方法将198例中耳炎乳突根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组的围术期采用常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理模式，比较两组的护理效果。结果两组患者的手术疗效无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组围术期在生理、心理、社会环境、文化方面的舒适度评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组在总体服务、环境舒适、健康宣教等方面的护理满意度均高于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论舒适护理是人性化护理的重要体现，能够使中耳炎乳突根治术患者舒适地度过围术期，提高满意度。
목적：비교불동위술기호리간예모식재중이염유돌근치술환자중적응용효과。방법장198례중이염유돌근치술환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조적위술기채용상규호리，관찰조채용서괄호리모식，비교량조적호리효과。결과량조환자적수술료효무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。관찰조위술기재생리、심리、사회배경、문화방면적서괄도평분균현저고우대조조（P＜0.05）。관찰조재총체복무、배경서괄、건강선교등방면적호리만의도균고우대조조（ P＜0.05）。결론서괄호리시인성화호리적중요체현，능구사중이염유돌근치술환자서괄지도과위술기，제고만의도。
Objective To compare the different perioperative period nursing intervention mode in radical mastoidectomy pa -tients.Methods A total of 198 cases of in radical mastoidectomy patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group was given routine care during perioperatve period , the observation group received comfort nursing mode , nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant operation effect of the two groups ( P>0.05 ) .Comfort score in physiological , psychological , social environment , cultural in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Nursing satisfaction in the overall service , comfortable environment , health education group in the observation were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Comfort care is an important embodiment of humanized nursing; it can cause radical mastoidectomy patients with comfort during perioperative period , increase satisfaction.
