土壤样品碱熔后,采用阳离子树脂进行静态交换,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)作为分析方法检测土壤中的微量碘。方法检出限为0.018×10-6,变异系数(RSD,n=6)为0.51%~4.17%,加标回收率在93.79%~107.73%之间,测定结果准确可靠、满足分析要求。

After the alkali-melting process treated the soil sample,cation resin was used for static exchange,then trace iodine in soil was determined by ICP-MS. The method detection limit was 0.018×10-6, the variation coefficient (RSD=6) was 0.51%~4.17%,the recovery rate of standard addition was 93.79%~107.73%,the result is quite accurate and satisfied.
