采用微波消解-ICP-AES法测定了电镀金层中杂质元素的含量,并按照JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》对测量过程中对各种因素导致的不确定度进行评定。分析了测量不确定度分量的主要来源,对各不确定度分量进行了评定和计算。结果表明以微波消解-ICP-AES 法测定电镀金层中杂质元素的含量时,测量不确定度主要由标准溶液的浓度、标准曲线非线性、测量重复性、仪器稳定性引入。通过对不确定度的评定,可以保证分析结果的准确性。
採用微波消解-ICP-AES法測定瞭電鍍金層中雜質元素的含量,併按照JJF1059-1999《測量不確定度評定與錶示》對測量過程中對各種因素導緻的不確定度進行評定。分析瞭測量不確定度分量的主要來源,對各不確定度分量進行瞭評定和計算。結果錶明以微波消解-ICP-AES 法測定電鍍金層中雜質元素的含量時,測量不確定度主要由標準溶液的濃度、標準麯線非線性、測量重複性、儀器穩定性引入。通過對不確定度的評定,可以保證分析結果的準確性。

Contents of impurity elements of Ag,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Ni,Pb,Sn,Zn in electroplated gold layers were determined by ICP- AES. The uncertainty of the measurement was evaluated according to the JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement. The main sources of the uncertainty were analyzed;each component of uncertainty was evaluated and calculated. The results show that the uncertainty is mainly caused by standard solutions, standard curves, repeatability and stability of instrument for the determination of the impurity elements in electroplated gold layers by ICP-AES. Based on the evaluation of uncertainty, the accuracy of the results can be guaranteed.
