中海油绥中36-1减三线馏分油，芳烃、硫、氮含量高，粘度大，是典型的环烷基油。通过一段溶剂精制工艺可生产CA为10.0%的环保橡胶油，产品性质良好，环保性能佳，达到国内同类产品水平。通过加氢处理-临氢降凝-补充后精制的三段高压加氢工艺可生产性质优良的SBS橡胶填充油。主产品收率较高，可达83.9%，CN值高达53.9%，芳烃含量极低，产品性质达到国内先进水平，且部分性质优于同类产品，应有良好的使用性能。
중해유수중36-1감삼선류분유，방경、류、담함량고，점도대，시전형적배완기유。통과일단용제정제공예가생산CA위10.0%적배보상효유，산품성질량호，배보성능가，체도국내동류산품수평。통과가경처리-림경강응-보충후정제적삼단고압가경공예가생산성질우량적SBS상효전충유。주산품수솔교고，가체83.9%，CN치고체53.9%，방경함량겁저，산품성질체도국내선진수평，차부분성질우우동류산품，응유량호적사용성능。
CNOOC Suizhong 36-1 vacuum third line distillate is typical naphthenic oil, with characteristics of high aromatics, sulfur, nitrogen content and high viscosity. Taking it as raw material, the environmental friendly rubber oil with CA value of 10.0% could be produced through the process of single solvent extraction. The products could achieve the level of domestic similar ones, with good properties and environmental performance. The excellent SBS rubber oil also could be produced by the combined process of high pressure hydrotreating-hydrodewaxing-hydrofining. The yield of the product could reach to 83.9%, and the CN value could reach to 53.9%, with the extremely low aromatics content. The properties of the product could achieve the advanced level at home, and some parameters could be better than the similar ones. Its application performance should be better, too.
