原油沉降罐脱水法一直是国内外原油生产中最常用的原油处理技术。结合现场实际应用，针对沉降脱水罐油水分离效率低，耗时较长等问题，提出了一种改进型立式原油脱水罐工艺，该工艺使用方便、易于操作、分离效果好，有效满足了原油日常生产的需要。

The dehydration method of crude oil setting tank is the most common crude oil processing technique at home and abroad. However there are several problems in the actual use of this method, such as low oil-water separation efficiency and long operation time .In this paper, an improved vertical crude oil setting tank dehydration process was put forward. The running results show that the process is easy to operate, and has high oil-water separation efficiency.
