对带局部夹套卧式容器进行应力分析,获得了该卧式容器的应力强度分布图,得到该卧式容器的最大应力发生在筒体最高位置与接管的连接处,其强度值为184.757MPa。之后采用蒙特卡罗法对该设备进行可靠性分析,获得了其在置信度为95%且初值极限状态Z<0( Z=ss -smax ,其中ss为材料的屈服极限,smax为容器在工作时的最大应力)的情形下的概率平均值为3.2648%,从而容器的可靠度为96.7352%;同时,绘制了Z在置信度为95%的情形下的分布图和输出结果参数的灵敏度图,进而可知影响该容器安全的主要因素。
對帶跼部夾套臥式容器進行應力分析,穫得瞭該臥式容器的應力彊度分佈圖,得到該臥式容器的最大應力髮生在筒體最高位置與接管的連接處,其彊度值為184.757MPa。之後採用矇特卡囉法對該設備進行可靠性分析,穫得瞭其在置信度為95%且初值極限狀態Z<0( Z=ss -smax ,其中ss為材料的屈服極限,smax為容器在工作時的最大應力)的情形下的概率平均值為3.2648%,從而容器的可靠度為96.7352%;同時,繪製瞭Z在置信度為95%的情形下的分佈圖和輸齣結果參數的靈敏度圖,進而可知影響該容器安全的主要因素。

ANSYS finite element software was used to analyze the stress of horizontal container with local jacket;the stress intensity distribution was obtained. It’s pointed out that the maximum stress intensity of the horizontal container with local jacket occurred at the highest position of the cylinder and the joint of connecting pipe, the maximum stress intensity value was 184.757 MPa. Then Monte-Carlo method was used to analyze the reliability of the container. The results showed that the mean probability was 3.2648%when the container was in the 95%confidence level and initial limit state Z<0( Z=ss-smax ,of which ss was yield strength of material and smax was the maximum stress of the container under running state) ,and the reliability of this container was 96.735 2%; meanwhile distribution and the sensitivity of output parameters were mapped when the confidence level was 95%, then main factors affecting the safety of the container were determined.
