通过对原设计为5万t丙烯腈/a装置的主要关键设备进行核算，找出制约装置扩能的关键因素，借鉴丙烯腈生产、建设经验，采用新技术、新工艺、新设备，消除装置瓶颈，增加装置产能，降低装置物耗、能耗，提高主要经济技术指标，满足市场所需，提高企业经济效益。
通過對原設計為5萬t丙烯腈/a裝置的主要關鍵設備進行覈算，找齣製約裝置擴能的關鍵因素，藉鑒丙烯腈生產、建設經驗，採用新技術、新工藝、新設備，消除裝置瓶頸，增加裝置產能，降低裝置物耗、能耗，提高主要經濟技術指標，滿足市場所需，提高企業經濟效益。

The key equipments of 50kt/a acrylonitrile unit were checked and studied, key factors to restrict capacity expansion revamping of the acrylonitrile unit were found;based on practical experiences, technical bottlenecks were solved by using on new technologies and new equipments. After the capacity expansion revamping, plant capacity was increased, material consumption and energy consumption were decreased, which could improve the main economic and technical indicators to raise enterprise economic benefits.
