对乙丙橡胶供需情况、乙丙橡胶生产工艺及催化体系研究进行了综合分析。目前，国内对乙丙橡胶需求量逐年增长，但其生产能力和产量远不能满足国内需求，每年不得不大量依赖进口，对外依存度高达约93.0%。我国乙丙橡胶发展缓慢的一个主要原因是催化剂发展落后，从生产工艺到催化剂全部依靠进口，因此开发具有自主知识产权的新型乙丙橡胶催化剂意义重大。

Currently, the domestic demand for ethylene-propylene rubber is growing year by year, but its production capacity and actual production can not meet domestic demand, and the external dependence is up to 93.0%. The slow development of EPR is caused by the underdevelopment of the catalyst. Not only the EPR production process but also its catalysts rely on imports, so the research and development of novel proprietary catalyst for producing ethylene propylene rubber is of great significance.
