通过对印染废水试验研究,使用一体式膜生物反应器(MBR)工艺处理该类废水,采用单因素试验优化工艺参数,并获得最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,本 MBR 系统处理印染废水的最佳工艺条件是:污泥浓度5~10 g/L,溶解氧2~4 mg/L,污泥容积负荷0.7~0.8 kg COD/(m3·d),水力停留时间15~20 h,出水的COD去除率在90%上下。

The performance of membrane bio-reactor (MBR) for treating dyeing wastewater was studied. The optimal operation parameters were determined as follows: the concentration of mixed liquid suspended solids (MLSS) 5~10 g/L, the concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO) 2~4 mg/L, the sludge volume loading 0.7~0.8 kg COD/(m3·d), hydraulic retention time (HRT) 15~20 h. Under above conditions, the removal efficiency of COD was about 90%.
