采用加氢精制-临氢降凝单反应器工艺,以某炼油厂蜡油为原料生产润滑油基础油。结果表明,该工艺能够达到很好的降凝效果,产品>370℃润滑油馏分的凝点为-10℃,收率为79.4%,工艺副产少量轻柴油、粗汽油及石油液化气,工艺主要产品为高粘度的润滑油馏分,其凝点降到-10℃以下,副产少量轻柴油、粗汽油及石油液化气。
採用加氫精製-臨氫降凝單反應器工藝,以某煉油廠蠟油為原料生產潤滑油基礎油。結果錶明,該工藝能夠達到很好的降凝效果,產品>370℃潤滑油餾分的凝點為-10℃,收率為79.4%,工藝副產少量輕柴油、粗汽油及石油液化氣,工藝主要產品為高粘度的潤滑油餾分,其凝點降到-10℃以下,副產少量輕柴油、粗汽油及石油液化氣。

Gas oil from a refinery was used as raw material to produce lubricating base oil by hydrotreating-hydrodewaxing single reactor process. The experimental results show that the process can achieve good pour effect, the pour point of lubricating oil distillate product( >370℃) is -10 ℃, small amount of by-products are light diesel oil, naphtha and liquefied petroleum gas, the main product is high viscosity lubricant fraction, it s freezing point drops to below -10℃.
