目的:观察当归四逆汤成分组合对心肌缺血再灌注( MIRI)大鼠血液流变学各指标的影响。方法将32只大鼠分为shame组、I/R组、PPC组、PPC+L组,建立大鼠MIRI模型,观察各组实验动物血液流变学指标的变化并测量血清 NO含量。结果与shame组比较,I/R组除红细胞沉降率外,其他血液流变学指标均明显升高(P<0.05);与I/R组比较,PPC组血液流变学指标均明显下降(P<0.05);与 PPC 组比较,PPC+L组红细胞沉降率升高( P<0.05),血液流变学指标的改变与该组大鼠血清NO含量呈反比。结论当归四逆汤成分组合可明显降低血液流变学各指标值,改善大鼠的血液循环,其机制与调节NO的生成及抗炎作用有关。

목적:관찰당귀사역탕성분조합대심기결혈재관주( MIRI)대서혈액류변학각지표적영향。방법장32지대서분위shame조、I/R조、PPC조、PPC+L조,건립대서MIRI모형,관찰각조실험동물혈액류변학지표적변화병측량혈청 NO함량。결과여shame조비교,I/R조제홍세포침강솔외,기타혈액류변학지표균명현승고(P<0.05);여I/R조비교,PPC조혈액류변학지표균명현하강(P<0.05);여 PPC 조비교,PPC+L조홍세포침강솔승고( P<0.05),혈액류변학지표적개변여해조대서혈청NO함량정반비。결론당귀사역탕성분조합가명현강저혈액류변학각지표치,개선대서적혈액순배,기궤제여조절NO적생성급항염작용유관。
Objective To study the effects of GFPC on hemorheology in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury ( MIRI ) SD rats.Methods 32 SD rats were divided into shame(non-ischemic conditions),I/R(heart subject to ischemia-reperfusion),ppc(heart sub-jected to ischemia-reperfusion treated with GFPC ) ,ppc+L( heart subjected to ischemia-reperfusion treated with GFPC and pre-treated with L-NAME 30 mg/kg,15 min before reperfusion)groups,8 per group.After the model,the left ventricular apical was fixed and then sliced ,hemo-rheology index was recorded by Rheology instrument ,the level of NO was tested by methods of nitrate reduction.Results Compared with those of shame group,except ESR,hemorheology indexes were significantly higher (P<0.05);compared with those of I/R group,hemorheol-ogy indexes of PPC group were significantly decreased ( P<0.05 ); there was the negative interrelationship between NO and hemorheolo-gy.Conclusions GFPC could decrease hemorheology index ,improve microcirculation ,the functional mechanism might be related to regulate the generating and releasing of NO and anti-inflammation.
