目的：探讨护理干预对全麻下气管插管甲状腺功能亢进症（甲亢）患者麻醉恢复期的影响。方法：将226例甲亢手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各113例，对照组采用常规甲亢手术护理方法，观察组在对照组基础上于术前、麻醉恢复期进行护理干预。比较两组患者满意度、术后并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；两组患者术后切口出血发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05），观察组患者重度躁动发生率明显低于对照组（P﹤0.05）。结论：护理干预可以稳定甲亢患者情绪，提高患者气管拔管时的合作程度、满意度，帮助患者顺利渡过麻醉恢复期。
목적：탐토호리간예대전마하기관삽관갑상선공능항진증（갑항）환자마취회복기적영향。방법：장226례갑항수술환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각113례，대조조채용상규갑항수술호리방법，관찰조재대조조기출상우술전、마취회복기진행호리간예。비교량조환자만의도、술후병발증발생정황。결과：관찰조환자호리만의도명현고우대조조（ P﹤0.05）；량조환자술후절구출혈발생솔비교차이무통계학의의（P﹥0.05），관찰조환자중도조동발생솔명현저우대조조（P﹤0.05）。결론：호리간예가이은정갑항환자정서，제고환자기관발관시적합작정도、만의도，방조환자순리도과마취회복기。
Objective:Toexploretheeffectofnursinginterventionontheanesthesiarecoveryperiodinhyperthyroidismpatientswithen-dotracheal intubation under general anesthesia. Methods:226 patients who would receive hyperthyroidism operation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group(113 cases in each group). The conventional nursing methods for the patients with hyper-thyroidism operation were used in the control group and nursing intervention was additionally implemented before operation and during an-esthesia recovery period in the observation group. The satisfaction rate of the patients and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing care was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05);there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of incision hem-orrhage after operation between the two groups(P﹥0. 05);the incidence of severe agitation of the patients was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:Nursing intervention can stabilize the mood of patients with hyperthyroid-ism,improve cooperation degree of the patients in extubation and help patients smoothly get through the anesthesia recovery period.
