随着科学技术的快速发展，产品生命周期和开发时间大大缩短，企业经营环境的不确定性增加。基于此，提出了一种以企业为主导的新型产学研合作形式---企业主导型产业技术研究院，分析了企业主导型产业技术研究院的战略定位、发展思路和组织结构，最后设计了相应的运行机制。

With the rapid development of science and technology ,the life cycle and the development time of product is shortened ,the uncertainty of business environment which enterprises is increasing .This paper presents a new form of en-terprise a business -led cooperation leading technology research institute ,analyzes the development train of thought and structure of strategic positioning ,enterprise leading technical institute of industry ,the final design of the operating mecha-nism of the corresponding .As a bridge between industry and technology "bridge"and"link",solve the problems of the in-novation of industrial cluster ,effectively enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises innovation ability and industry .
