为保障科研项目完成质量、提升团队创新能力,基于所提出的创新团队和谐管理概念,对团队客体界面进行了分类辨识及特征辨析。在此基础上,借鉴协同学思想给出了表征客体界面间整体作用关联的3种类型和谐度参序量,并构建了包含专家决策权重、能够有效辨析界面系统复杂涌现关系的改进模糊DE-MATEL 关键客体界面识别方法。案例应用结果表明,该关键客体界面识别方法具有可行性,对认知团队管理界面状态、识别关键影响界面、推动创新团队和谐管理具有较强的实践指导意义。

In order to ensure the quality of scientific research project and enhance its innovation ability ,this study expounds the specific classification and the system characteristics of team object interface based on the proposed innovation team har-monious management concept .Accordingly ,refer to synergetics theory this study provides three types of harmonious de-gree parameter that characterize overall association ,further more builds an improved-Fuzzy-DEMATEL method that con-tains expert decision weights which could effectively differentiate complex emerge relevance of interface system .The case study indicates that the proposed method is feasible to application and benefit to perceive team management interface sta-tus ,identify key influence interface and guide Harmonious management of innovation team .
