经验反馈是经验总结和汲取为我所用之处形成反馈机制。本文对秦山核电厂320MW机组自试运行以来运行事件进行统计及趋势分析,叙述了事件报告的发展历程,从人因事件占总事件比例较大可以看出人员行为对核电站安全的贡献非常重要;从反应堆运行时堆芯功率情况下的事件比例,显示出由于大修时间较短,在时间压力较大情况下密集操作会使事件发生率增高;接着展示柏拉图法可分析出异常情况或薄弱环节,最后对经验反馈工作进行展望和总结。
