以硝酸钇和钛酸四丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Y-TiO2光催化剂粉体。以 XRD、DSC-TGA、FT-Raman、UV-Vis、PL 等手段对样品进行表征,研究了不同制备条件对样品性能的影响,并以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为目标降解物,研究了其光催化性能。结果表明,钇掺杂可以减缓样品由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变,拓展了TiO2在可见光区的光谱响应范围,降低了光生电子和空穴的复合几率;当 Y∶TiO2的摩尔比为0.6%,500℃条件下焙烧4 h 制备的样品催化性能最好,在普通日光灯下3 h 内对 MB 的降解率达97.32%,显著高于同等实验条件下的 Degussa P25(58.62%)。

Yttrium doped TiO2 photocatalysts were synthesized by sol-gel process using yttrium nitrate and tetra-butyl titanate as precursors and characterized by XRD,DSC-TGA,FT-Raman,UV-Vis and PL methods.The in-fluences of different preparation condition on properties were studied.The photocatalytic activity of Y-TiO2 was investigated by measuring the degradation rate of methylene-blue (MB)under the irradiation of fluorescent lamp.The results show that yttrium doping can not only inhibit the phase transition of anatase to rutile but also broaden the absorption region to visible light and inhibit the recombination of the photo-generated electrons and holes.The photocatalytic activity of the sample with molar ratio of Y∶TiO2=0.6% and sintered at 500 ℃ for 4 h was the best under the irradiation of fluorescent light,it was 97.32% within 3 h and significantly higher than that of Degussa P25(58.62%)under the same experimental conditions.
