提升工程科技队伍的创新能力、增强综合国力和应对经济全球化等都迫切需要培养一大批创新型工程人才。“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的落实将为我国工业体系提供大批的高水平工程人才。本论文以化工类人才为研究对象,探索化工类卓越型人才培养模式,对“卓越计划”在全国范围内顺利开展具有重要的意义。

It was urgent to cultivate a large number of innovative engineering talents for improving the innovative ability of engineering science and technology team , enhancing the comprehensive national strength and dealing with the economic globalization.The implementation for the plan of excellent engineer education would provide high -level engineering talents for China's industrial system.Based on natures of chemical engineering talents , the chemical training mode was explored , which can greatly promote the implementation for the plan of excellent engineer education in the nationwide.
