通过对石家庄某平板玻璃炉窑脱硝除尘工艺的工程应用实践，就平板玻璃炉窑脱硝除尘系统中出现的几个典型问题进行具体分析，对高温电除尘系统和低粉尘SCR系统在工程实践上的遇到的问题提出相应对策，使工艺得到进一步完善，为系统正常调试、运行提供可靠保证，同时为平板玻璃炉窑脱硝除尘工艺的工程应用实践提供参考。

Through the practical application of denitrification and dust removal process on plate glass furnaces in Shijiazhuang , countermeasures of some typical problems of denitrification and dust removal system in the flat glass furnace were detailed analyzed and proposed.The corresponding countermeasures to the problems encountered in the engineering practice of high temperature electric dust removal system and low dust SCR system were put forward .Through the analysis of the problem , the process would be further improved and the operation can be more reliable.It provided a reference for the denitrification and dust removal engineering of the plate glass furnaces.
