研究亳菊不同部位绿原酸及总黄酮的含量。绿原酸采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），乙腈-0.4％磷酸水溶液（12：88）洗脱，检测波长为327 nm；总黄酮采用比色法进行测定，以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝为显色剂进行测定，检测波长为510 nm。结果表明：亳菊不同部位绿原酸的含量分别是根（0.39％）、茎（0.42％）、叶（0.72％）、花（0.54％）；总黄酮的含量分别是根（10.30％）、茎（9.24％）、叶（35.69％）、花（18.08％）。亳菊叶中绿原酸及总黄酮的含量最高。

연구박국불동부위록원산급총황동적함량。록원산채용Phenomenex C18색보주（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），을정-0.4％린산수용액（12：88）세탈，검측파장위327 nm；총황동채용비색법진행측정，이아초산납-초산려위현색제진행측정，검측파장위510 nm。결과표명：박국불동부위록원산적함량분별시근（0.39％）、경（0.42％）、협（0.72％）、화（0.54％）；총황동적함량분별시근（10.30％）、경（9.24％）、협（35.69％）、화（18.08％）。박국협중록원산급총황동적함량최고。
The content determination in different parts of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat was studied.The content of chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC on Phenomenex C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with CH3 CN-0.4%H3 PO4 ( 12:88 ) as mobile phase.The absorbance was monitored at 327 nm.The content of flavonoid was determined by spectrophotometry, with NaNO2 -Al( NO3 ) 3 as chromogenic agent.The absorbance was monitored at 510 nm.The results showed that the different parts of chlorogenic acid in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat was different: root(0.39%) , steam(0.42%) , leave(0.72%) , and flower(0.54%).The different parts of flavonoid was different: root ( 10.30%) , steam ( 9.24%) , leave ( 35.69%) , and flower ( 18.08%).The highest level of Chlorogenic acid and flavonoid was in leaves.
