火焰原子吸收光谱法( FAAS)分别测定绿茄、紫茄不同部位中Fe、 Cu、 Mn三种微量元素的含量。结果:绿茄、紫茄不同部位中均含有上述三种微量元素,且含量存在差异,其中绿茄、紫茄各部位含量大小均为: Fe>Mn>Cu,其中铁在两种茄子的皮、蒂部位中无显著差别,绿茄子肉中的铁含量高于紫茄子肉中的含量,在绿茄、紫茄相同部位中,绿茄子的锰元素含量较多;该实验的回收率在91.80%~105.30%之间, RSD<1.60%,结果令人满意。

화염원자흡수광보법( FAAS)분별측정록가、자가불동부위중Fe、 Cu、 Mn삼충미량원소적함량。결과:록가、자가불동부위중균함유상술삼충미량원소,차함량존재차이,기중록가、자가각부위함량대소균위: Fe>Mn>Cu,기중철재량충가자적피、체부위중무현저차별,록가자육중적철함량고우자가자육중적함량,재록가、자가상동부위중,록가자적맹원소함량교다;해실험적회수솔재91.80%~105.30%지간, RSD<1.60%,결과령인만의。
The green tomato, Fe, Cu, Mn in different parts of the content of three kinds of trace elements were determined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry ( FAAS).The results showed green , purple tomato and tomato were found in different parts of the above three kinds of trace elements , and had differences content , in which each part of the green eggplant , purple tomato amount were Fe >Mn >Cu, including iron in two eggplant skin and the place of no significant difference , the iron content of green eggplant meat was above the eggplant content in flesh , in green tomato, in the same place , the manganese content of green eggplant was more.The experiment of recovery rate was between 91.80%~105.30%, RSD<1.60%, and the result was satisfactory.
