分析药对金银花-干草与其单味药金银花和干草的挥发油成分。用气相色谱-质谱法分离检测药对金银花-干草及其单味药的挥发油成分,并采用交互移动窗口因子分析法( AMWFA )对其共有组分进行比较分析。分别定性了金银花、干草、药对金银花-干草挥发油成分89、52和78种,分别占总含量的90.55%,75.23%和80.57%。药对与金银花、甘草的共有组分分别为53和39种,三者的共有组分为27种。
分析藥對金銀花-榦草與其單味藥金銀花和榦草的揮髮油成分。用氣相色譜-質譜法分離檢測藥對金銀花-榦草及其單味藥的揮髮油成分,併採用交互移動窗口因子分析法( AMWFA )對其共有組分進行比較分析。分彆定性瞭金銀花、榦草、藥對金銀花-榦草揮髮油成分89、52和78種,分彆佔總含量的90.55%,75.23%和80.57%。藥對與金銀花、甘草的共有組分分彆為53和39種,三者的共有組分為27種。

The volatile constituents in herbal pair ( HP ) Flos Lonicerae -Radix Glycyrrhizae ( FL -RG ) and its single herbs were comparatively analyzes.Analysis of common volatile constituents in herbal pair ( HP) FL-RG and its single herbs was performed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry ( GC-MS) and alternative moving window factor analysis(AMWFA).In total, 89, 52 and 78 volatile chemical components in volatile oil of FL , RG and HP FL-RG were separately determined qualitatively , accounting for 90.55%, 75.23%and 80.57%of total contents in volatile oil of FL , RG and HP FL-RG, respectively.The results indicated that there were 53 common volatile constituents in HP FL -RG and single herb FL , and 39 common volatile constituents in HP FL -RG and single herb RG and 27 common volatile constituents among the three systems.
