为初步探索猕猴桃中的化学成分,采用试管反应法、纸反应法,对猕猴桃水、95%乙醇、石油醚提取物进行初步研究。结果表明猕猴桃可能含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖类、苷类、皂苷、有机酸、黄酮类、酚类及鞣质、甾体、三萜类等化学成分。为进一步研究猕猴桃生物活性成分及开发利用提供了实验基础。
為初步探索獼猴桃中的化學成分,採用試管反應法、紙反應法,對獼猴桃水、95%乙醇、石油醚提取物進行初步研究。結果錶明獼猴桃可能含有氨基痠、多肽、蛋白質、糖類、苷類、皂苷、有機痠、黃酮類、酚類及鞣質、甾體、三萜類等化學成分。為進一步研究獼猴桃生物活性成分及開髮利用提供瞭實驗基礎。
위초보탐색미후도중적화학성분,채용시관반응법、지반응법,대미후도수、95%을순、석유미제취물진행초보연구。결과표명미후도가능함유안기산、다태、단백질、당류、감류、조감、유궤산、황동류、분류급유질、치체、삼첩류등화학성분。위진일보연구미후도생물활성성분급개발이용제공료실험기출。
To identify the chemical components of Actinidia chinensis planch, the mixture was extracted from Actinidia chinensis planch with water , 95%ethanol and petroleum ether were studied with test tube method and test paper method.The results indicated that Actinidia chinensis planch might contain amino acid, polypeptide, protein, saccharides, glycosides, saponins, organic acids, flavonoids, phenols, tannins, sterides, and triterpenes.The foundation for further study and application of Actinidia chinensis planch was provided.
